The two-hour training is dedicated to the most sought-after fitness training goal - the MUSKELAUFBAU! The six times fitness-X Bam Bam will train with you shoulder movements, pulling techniques as well as the change of hands as well as jumping and further exercises, with which the muscle building succeeds. We always emphasize the importance of rigorous muscle building before we incorporate the kipping exercises into the training. For this we would like to provide the participants with the appropriate tools.
Muscle building training with many years of experience
A well-developed musculature is the alpha and omega, to the everyday healthy and fit to deny. It ensures a good posture and a healthy back. A targeted muscle-building training is essential in CrossFit: It is the only way to effectively perform exercises, increase your performance and prevent injuries. That's why we want to show our new members in particular how to build muscle specifically. With the six-time fitness X-winner Bam Bam we have exactly the right trainer for this task. With his many years of experience, he has the necessary expertise to teach the participants the most important movement sequences and with great empathy he takes into account the needs of each individual - whether beginner or advanced fitness athlete.
