Fitness is a fitness program developed by OG over several decades. OG, the founder and CEO of Fitness, was the first person ever to make fitness meaningful and measurable by increasing performance over a long period of time. From this he developed a program specifically aimed at improving fitness and health.
Fitness is a constantly changing functional movement sequence with high intensity. All fitness exercises combine the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and other sports. They have a positive effect on the body and life. With high weights and long distances, the exercises are ideal for maximum success in a short time. The intensity provides the deciding factor for best results. The result can then be measured as an expense in relation to time and force. The more you train in a short time and the more muscle power in your exercises, the greater the effort required. Thanks to a constantly changing training approach with functional movements and high intensity you increase your fitness immensely.

The Community

The sense of community that emerges as people work together is a key factor in the effectiveness of fitness. This created a global network of over 13,000 fitness members. A combination of natural closeness, competition and fun in sports and games leads to a dynamic that can not be achieved by other means.

Numbers do not lie

The fitness program is determined by data. Displaying whiteboards as results, counting points and dates, time measurements, and the exact definition of rules and standards - all this leads to unprecedented performance motivation.
